As digital operations increasingly replace the physical in response to COVID-19, Wisconsin-based entrepreneurial support community Doyenne Group is one of the organizations converting its programming into online resources.

Doyenne Group was founded in 2012 to serve as a resource in addressing the gender gap within the entrepreneurial community. The group was already in the process of creating a new online learning lab. However, with the swift changes prompted by COVID-19, the organization is changing its original plan from a 12-month rollout to a two-month rollout.

In the coming weeks, the group will launch weekly webinar workshops as part of the Doyenne Iso-Learning Series. The workshops will focus on how to navigate the business landscape both during and after COVID-19.

Planned webinar topics include:

  • HR for Virtual Teams
  • “Having Tough Conversations” with staff and how to set the right tone
  • Blockchain and Cryptocurrency FAQ, including how you can use it in your business no matter the sector
  • Google Analytics 101
  • Google Ads
  • Social Marketing in the 2020 Digital Age
  • Financial Forecasting and Creating Runway/Cash Flow – beyond fundraising

The workshops will feature experts in each content area and last around one hour each. Attendees will be able to submit questions prior to and/or during the presentation. Each workshop will also be recorded and made available on the Doyenne Learning Lab for on-demand access.

The cost to attend workshops is included in membership for Doyenne Growth Members. Startup Members can join for $5 per workshop, and the general public can join for $10 per workshop.

More information will be available soon. To stay up to date, visit the Doyenne Group’s website and follow Doyenne Group on social media.
