The PaYS Program
The Army’s Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) Program matches trained soldiers from the Wisconsin Army National Guard, The Army Reserve and those soldiers returning from their active-duty enlistment with qualified Wisconsin employers with hiring needs.
The soldiers, who all have been through at least six-months of enlistment, possess leadership skills, work ethic, discipline and communication skills as a result of their army training. They have elected to take part in the PaYS Program and are seeking employment opportunities.
Benefits and obligations of becoming a PaYS partner
Interested mid-sized and large employers need only commit to interviewing qualified soldiers for open full-time positions.
In addition to the ability to access to a trained and ready workforce, employers can also benefit from positive PR and goodwill associated with being a part of the program. PaYS program staff are able to assist with community events, career fairs and other activities designed to highlight your company’s involvement in the program.
