The Public Finance Authority (PFA) was established to provide a means to efficiently and reliably finance projects on behalf of local governments in Wisconsin and throughout the country. PFA’s mission is to provide local governments and eligible private entities access to low-cost, tax-exempt and other financing for projects that contribute to social and economic growth and improve the overall quality of life in communities throughout the country.
