2015 Wisconsin Deal Flow Snapshot

Early-stage investments throughout 2015 topped $231 million in 120 deals statewide, amounting to a 67 percent increase over the previous year. These investments were spread out over numerous industries and all stages of company development, but were led by a $102 million increase in venture capital funding. The results, captured by Pitchbook, indicate that Wisconsin’s efforts to bolster the startup and early-stage ecosystem are beginning to show results.
