ENDECE is focused on discovery and development of new drug therapies to stop or reverse disease progression by controlling key cellular pathways. ENDECE focuses on diseases whose treatment options are limited or non-existent, whose causes may not be well understood, and whose clinical development paths may still be undefined.  ENDECE's scientists discovered NDC-1308, which could be the first drug capable of inducing repair of the myelin sheath in diseases such as multiple sclerosis.
