American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) training
Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) in partnership with Department of Administration (DOA) and other State agencies continues to offer many funding programs through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding for continued economic and community development.
The series of trainings provided for grantees by WEDC, DOA, and FORVIS will provide materials and information related to internal control functions and grants management pursuant to Uniform Guidance to be distributed during any virtual training sessions provided by FORVIS. Targeted control areas include grants management, inclusive of timekeeping, cost allocation and record retention, procurement and vendor management, cash receipts and accounts receivable, disbursements and accounts payable, treasury management, financial close and reporting, segregation of duties, personnel and payroll compliance, and information technology security.
