“Big data” insights are often off limits to smaller companies that can’t afford to have data scientists on staff—but a Madison-based startup is trying to change that. Begun in 2017 as a research project at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, DataChat leverages automation and artificial intelligence to make data analysis more accessible.
