Program requirements and steps to certification
Minimum program requirements:
- 20+ developable acres
- Appropriately zoned or possible to rezone for industrial use
- Adequate utility capacity to support industrial uses
- “Developable” acres are those that have no impediments to development, or mitigation for any known impediments can be accomplished in less than 90 days
